Their head office is located in Gwarko, but they run a children’s shelter in
Lubhu, where they provide comprehensive activities to support the children
and their families’ holistic development, such as care and protection of
children, awareness and recreational activities, educational support,
medical and psycho-social support, vocational training and income
generation activities, and networking and coordination.
VOC envisions a society where every child is respected and is provided
with equal rights. They stand and advocate for children at risk, who are
connected to the streets and are sexually abused. VOC offers them an
opportunity to develop their full potential, so that they can be reintegrated
back into the society as normal people, in a caring and protective
environment.
